We currently only ship within Canada, and do not offer international or
U.S. shipping. Shipping costs are based on standard Canada Post rates,
but orders over $150 qualify for free Standard or Expedited shipping.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while Expedited
shipping arrives in 1-5 business days, depending on your location. To
track your order, log in to your account for tracking details once it
ships. Order confirmations are sent within 30 minutes, so please check
your spam folder if you haven't received it.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase
date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and
labels attached. Returns are accepted if the items meet the following
conditions: unwashed, unworn, with original tags still attached. Any
shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable. Unfortunately,
we do not offer exchanges online due to our policies. If you would like a
different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form provided,
following the instructions. Securely package the item in its original
packaging and include the completed form inside the box. Once prepared,
send the package to the address provided below.
